Please ensure that the delivery location is clear and accessible. The path to the delivery site should be free from obstacles such as narrow gates or steps.
3.2 Collection Procedures
Upon completion of the hire period, our team will collect the skip. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all waste has been removed and the skip is left in a safe and accessible location.
4. Acceptable Waste
Our skip hire service is intended for the disposal of non-hazardous waste. Items permitted include general household waste, garden waste, and construction debris.
- Non-Hazardous Materials: Paper, cardboard, plastics, and metals.
- Garden Waste: Leaves, branches, and grass clippings.
- Construction Debris: Bricks, concrete, and tiles.
- Prohibited Items:

5. Use and Operation
The skip must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the skip is not overloaded and that weight limits are respected.
5.1 Placement of the Skip
Skip placement must not cause damage to property or public areas. It should be situated on stable ground to prevent tipping or movement.
5.2 Loading the Skip

6. Liability and Insurance

7. Cancellation and Refunds
Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total hire cost.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation. Any deposits paid will be returned, less any applicable cancellation fees.
